In 2010, I began my journey as a birth doula without even realizing that's what I was doing. It all started with helping my friend's daughter give birth, and over the years, I've supported many others as a friend and, in many cases, as a mama.
As a mother of seven children, yes, seven, I have experienced both positive labor experiences and the challenges of micro-preemie labor.
I have now found a name for my passion: being a doula. I find immense joy in providing childbirth education and the essential before, during, and postpartum support. Building a loving, caring relationship with you and your family is incredibly important to me in the work I do.
I believe I offer more than just doula services; when you choose me, I choose to be your friend and, in many ways, part of your family.
That's why many call me... Mama Doula.
Birth Certified by The Doula Network, I specialize as a birth doula to provide comprehensive childbirth education. Additionally, I hold Postpartum Certification from Woman's Choice Perinatal Services, ensuring I offer essential postpartum support. I am also Full Spectrum Certified by Mama Doula.
