Birth Doula Package

My birth package is tailored to you and your needs, but here is a basic rundown of what's included:  

**Prenatal Visits Personalized To Your Care** - Usually lasting about an hour, but if it goes longer, that's okay! These prenatal visits are designed for us to get to know each other, start building a relationship, and discuss your birth plan. I will provide an in-depth childbirth education meeting, learn about your comfort measures, and understand how you feel about giving birth.  

**Monthly Calls** - During our monthly calls, we will discuss how you're feeling, your postpartum visits, and much more. As your doula, I want to ensure you are on track after every visit, and this level of support is a special touch that many doulas may not offer.  

**Constant Support** - You can reach me via texts, emails, or calls. I am available for you whenever you need me, with support hours from 8 am to 5 pm.  

**On Call** - Once you reach 36 weeks, I will be ready to join your birth journey whenever you call me!  

**Active Labor** - I will be there to support you during your ACTIVE LABOR, providing assistance throughout the entire process.  

**Photography** - Yes! Your package includes photography, and possibly video, depending on your labor. I will also stay in touch with you for yearly birthday pictures. This special service has a 3 to 7 day turnaround for photos and 10 to 15 days for video.  

**Immediate Postpartum** - I will be available to you for 1-3 hours after you give birth. During this time, I will encourage bonding, assist with breastfeeding or bottle feeding if needed, and be there for anything else you may require.  

**Follow up Postpartum Visits** - You will have two postpartum visits with me, each lasting about an hour. During these follow-up postpartum visits, I like to discuss how you feel about your birth experience, how you are adjusting, how your newborn is doing, and how YOU are recovering.
