The All YOURS package includes the following services: (both services put together to serve you) 

Prenatal Visits Catered To Your Care - Usually 1 hour long, but if it goes longer, that's okay! These prenatal visits exist for us to get to know each other, start building a relationship, and discuss your birth plan. We will have an in-depth childbirth education meeting, talk about your comfort measures, and understand how you are feeling about giving birth.

Monthly Calls - We will go over how you are feeling, discuss your after birth plans, and much more. As your doula, I want to ensure you are on track after every visit. Most doulas don't provide this, so I have added it as my special touch.

Constant Support - Available via texts, emails, and calls, I am here for you when you need me. I keep my hours from 8 am to 5 pm, and I will be On Call after you reach 38 weeks, ready to join your birth journey anytime you call!

Active Labor - I will support you during your ACTIVE LABOR, ensuring you have the assistance you need throughout the entire process.

Photography - Yes! Included in your package is birth photography, and possibly video depending on your labor. As your photographer, I will stay in touch for yearly birthday pictures. This special service is included in your package, with a 3 to 7 day turnaround on pictures and a 10 to 15 day turnaround on video.

Immediate Postpartum - I will be available to you 1-3 hours after you give birth to encourage bonding, assist (if needed) with breastfeeding or bottle feeding, and support you in anything else you may need.

Follow up Postpartum Visits - You will have two postpartum visits with me, each lasting about an hour. I like to discuss how you feel about your birth experience, how you are transitioning, how you and your newborn are adjusting, and also how YOU are recovering.

This package provides 80 hours of postpartum care catered to you, which can include day care or night care. This comprehensive postpartum care will include meal prepping and cooking, light laundry, and light cleaning.

Education and Support - Having a newborn baby will bring many questions, and I will be there to answer any and all questions while providing support for newborn care. Education includes: breastfeeding guidance, maternal recovery measures after a vaginal or surgical birth, infant care for your baby (diapering, bathing, sleep and calming techniques), sibling schedule and care education, and so much more!
